Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing Tele Sales Executive / Student Acquisition Executive who can convert leads into enrolled students. This role is target-driven and suited for professionals who understand admissions, follow-ups, and closures in the education sector. This is an on-site role based in Kolkata.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Pitch courses, career outcomes, fees, batches, and admission timelines convincingly
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed enrollments
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close admissions
- Maintain accurate lead data and daily conversion reports
- Coordinate with counselors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
🔹 Required Profile
- Proven experience in student admissions / lead conversion
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Excellent communication in English and local language
- Comfortable working with targets, and performance metrics
- Experience with CRM tools and follow-up systems
- Results-driven, confident, and accountable
